We stayed at Hotel Villa Grazioli for 4 nights, enjoying the great location near Villa/Galleria Borghese and convenient public transportation options. The cost/quality ratio was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They promptly addressed a noise issue by moving us to a different room and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine. Plus, the hotel welcomed us with an early check-in, and the homemade chocolate and lemon pies at breakfast were absolutely delightful. Highly recommended!

Great central location, super close to all the main attractions, the Borghese Gallery and park, and easy access to public transport. the area around here is really lovely. Our room was equipped with a minibar, satellite TV, and a climate control system - so convenient! 🌟

Always stay at this place. Staff helped with early check in first time. Has Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, lobby bar. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets.

Location: the hotel was very close to the nearest train station at Sant'Agnese ‑ Annibaliano which is about 10mins walk, all main attractions and the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a safe box and TV. I had a fab experience and would come back for sure, really enjoyed the city and property...

I loved that this hotel was close to a beautiful park and had friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic with homemade pies and the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

The location here is very convenient, right near Via Salaria and the heart of the city, with comfy beds, central heating, a safe box, TV.

We were on a Cosmos trip and had stayed at a sister hotel Buenos Aries. Unable to stay an extra night we had booked the Villa Grazioli for one night. Pleased to find it was only about a 100 metres from Buenos Aries. On arrival we had to wait to get into our room, and after two hour wait we finally got in the room. Needed to access computer for onward flight booking. Problems with connection so they allowed us to use their office computer which was good. Reception area was attractive and thats where it ended.

Hotel room was very small but the bathroom was hideous. Shower recess had thick grime in corners etc and someones long hairs were visible. Breakfast room extremely small and very very limited in content.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in an upscale neighborhood was perfect, with lots of embassies around. We felt safe and surrounded by beauty. The hotel offered excellent room service, so we could relax and enjoy the comfort of our room. Additionally, they had a convenient shuttle service to the airport, which made our travel arrangements hassle-free. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel truly pampered.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. They would love the upscale neighborhood, the excellent service, and the range of amenities available.

Staff was very kind and polite helping with all issues we have encounter during out stay.

Wireless Internet was not accessible in the room, even in the lobby signal was weak and connection was pretty bad, especially if you pay 20 EUR for 3 days. Also, we had problem with hot water on 2nd floor and room was very small.

The room at Hotel Villa Grazioli was cozy and comfortable with a 120cm single bed. The private bathroom had a refreshing shower and all necessary amenities like a reading lamp, hairdryer, and toiletries. I felt pampered and relaxed during my stay.

Personally, I would have preferred a slightly larger bed for more space to stretch out.
